Refund Policy
At SMM ViralPilot, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of digital services and instant processing, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below:
We offer refunds in the following cases only:
Order Not Delivered
If your order was not started within 24 hours, you may request a full refund or service credit.
Partial Delivery
If your order was only partially delivered, you may receive a partial refund or top-up of the missing amount.
Service Error
If the service failed due to a technical issue on our side (not caused by incorrect links, private profiles, or third-party restrictions), we will offer a full refund or reprocess the order.
You submitted an incorrect link, username, or format
The profile was private or restricted
You changed your mind after order processing started
Drop in followers/views after order completion (unless refill guarantee is offered)
You violated any platform terms or spam policies

Response time: Within 24 hours
If approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
Refunds on bulk or reseller orders will be credited to your platform wallet unless otherwise agreed. Please check each service's refill/refund eligibility before ordering in bulk.
Due to the speed of digital delivery, we do not offer "no-questions-asked" refunds. Each case is reviewed individually and fairly. Misuse, fraudulent claims, or chargebacks without contacting support may result in account suspension.
